What is EGX?

Enegra has tokenized one hundred percent (100%) of the equity in Enegra Group Ltd, with equity represented by the ERC-3643 compliant EGX security token issued on the Polygon network (ISIN MYA159590209 issued by Bursa Malaysia). There are currently EGX 87,000,000 issued. EGX uses the T-REX contracts written by Tokeny, which have been audited by Haken.

All Enegra Group Ltd shares are held by a licensed Trust Company, Beyond International Trust Ltd, as Nominee on behalf of EGX token-holders, and all rights and distributions are passed on to the token-holders, including dividends and voting. As EGX are securities, in order to hold EGX in a self-custody wallet, investors need to first pass KYC/AML checks, agree to the EGX Terms & Conditions, and have their wallet address qualified, via the Qualification Portal.

EGX holders are able to manage their profile and holdings via the Investor Portal.

EGX is available to buy today on the secondary market!
