Why can't I login to the Investor Portal?
You will need to have an account created on the Investor Portal before you are able to login and manage your profile.
As it is a security representing the equity of Enegra, you need to pass KYC/AML checks and get your wallet qualified in order to hold EGX. If you were qualified to hold EGX via the Qualification Portal, then you already have an account on the Investor Portal, and can login using the same credentials that were used during Qualification.
If you were qualified before Enegra released the Qualification Portal, and you have never logged into the Investor Portal, you will need to create an account, using the same email address that was qualified (e.g. the address that you receive emails from Enegra via).
If you already have an account, and have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot my password" function.
