What should I do if I lose access to my wallet or if it is compromised?

If you have lost access to the wallet associated with your Investor Profile that is qualified to hold EGX, or if you believe it is compromised, the Enegra Investor Relations team can assist by performing a Token Recovery for you.

Token Recovery is an automated process that performs the following steps:
Qualifies a new wallet address and associates it with your Investor Profile
Moves any EGX in your old wallet to the new wallet
Disqualifies the old wallet and dissociates it from your Investor Profile

To start the process, just email investor@enegragroup.com requesting a Token Recovery and provide your new wallet address. Note that you may be asked to verify ownership and control of the new wallet.
